The Gift of Salvation - How to come to God
God lovingly gives to every person the gift of faith so that you can go to
heaven when you die.
“For by grace are you saved through faith and that not of
yourselves…..it is the free gift from God”.
Ephesians 2:8
This life is found in Jesus
For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son
that whosoever believes in Him should not perish but have everlasting
life. John 3:16
“…..but the gift of God is eternal life in Christ Jesus our Lord”
Romans 6:23
Is there a way for you to come to God and have eternal life?
The answer is YES!
Jesus answered. “I am the way and the truth and the life.
No one comes to the Father except through me.”
John 14:6
What must you do to come to God?
Realize that Jesus is the only way to God. Admit that you are a
sinner and need forgiveness.
“I
have declared to both Jews and Greeks that they must turn to God in
repentance and have faith in our Lord Jesus” Acts 20:21
“Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life, but whoever rejects the
Son will not see life, for God’s wrath remains on him” John 3:36
You must now - Turn away from a lifestyle of sin (be truly repentant) and
give yourself to God through His Son Jesus.
Now pray- Dear Lord Jesus, I know I am a sinner and need forgiveness from
You. I believe that You died on
the cross and rose again from the dead in order that I might receive eternal
life. I turn from my sins and
ask for forgiveness from You.
Right now I invite You into my heart to be my Savior and Lord.
Thank you for hearing my prayer and giving me Your gift of eternal
life. In Jesus name, Amen
